Gwerthfawrogwyd yn fawr yr ymweliadau, y galwadau ffôn, y llythyrau, y llu cardiau, y geiriau caredig a'r rhoddion hael o dros £1600 tuag at Cancr Prostad Cymru ac Ambiwlans Awyr Cymru, er cof am Owi. Hoffai'r teulu ddiolch yn arbennig i ofalwyr Gwasanaeth Gofal Cartref Cyngor Sir Gwynedd am eu gofal tyner, caredig a chlodwiw o Owi dros y flwyddyn ddiwethaf. Yn ogystal hoffai'r teulu ddiolch i Dr Eilir Jones a holl staff Hafan Iechyd Caernarfon, Tîm Nyrsus Cymunedol ardal Penygroes, y gwasanaeth OT a ffisiotherapi, Ysbyty Eryri a'r Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol am sicrhau y gefnogaeth a gofal gorau bosib i Owi dros y cyfnod yma. Dymunwn hefyd ddiolch i'r Parchedig Gareth Evans Rowlands a swyddogion Capel Bethel, Llan Ffestiniog am y gwasanaeth teimladwy ac annwyl, i'r organyddes Mrs Menna Wynne-Pugh, i Roberts ac Owen am eu trefniadau sensitif a thrylwyr ac i Westy Seren am drefnu lluniaeth ardderchog. * * * * * Olwen, Delyth, Gwyn, Dewi, Nia and the whole family wish to convey their heartfelt thanks for the kindness and condolences extended to them in their loss of Owi: treasured husband, father, brother, 'taid' and 'hen-daid'. The family greatly appreciate everyone's kind words during visits and phone calls, from letters, condolence cards and for the generous donations of over £1600 towards Prostate Cancer Cymru and Air Ambulance Cymru, in memory of Owi. The family wish to give special thanks to the carers from Gwynedd County Council's Home Care service, whose kind and gentle care of Owi over the last year has been second to none. Also the family wish to thank Dr Eilir Jones and staff at Hafan Iechyd, Caernarfon; Penygroes Community Nurses; the OT and physiotherapy service; Ysbyty Eryri and Social Services for ensuring the best possible support and care during this time. We also wish to thank the Rev. Gareth Evans Rowlands and officers of Capel Bethel, Llan Ffestiniog for the touching and heartfelt chapel service; to Mrs Menna Wynne-Pugh the organist; to Roberts and Owen for their professional and sensitive funeral arrangements and to Gwesty Seren for the excellent funeral refreshments.
